Restaurant Du Lac - Reservar una mesa

We have visited this restaurant for many years, in particular for my birthday. Sadly this year I am afraid that the restaurant and its staff seem to have lost their need to make customers feel comfortable. The food can be good but was at best mediocre at times. The mark up on wine is huge but the biggest issue by far is the attitude of the staff. They would be more suited to a city centre restaurant where “attitude” is needed, not in a sleepy fishing village where people want to appreciate their surroundings. We will be visiting la table de Nernier from now on, outstanding food and respectful service

Friendly management and staff welcome you to restaurant in lakeside village of Nernier, the unheralded and infinitely more charming cousin of Yvoire, a few kilometers to the east.The food is excellent, including the specialty filet de perches, but lake-caught fera and other fish are also available, depending on the catch of the day.The children's menu offers great value, and combined with a swim off the nearby jetty, it's the perfect place to unwind.

Yvoire is a must to visit and enjoy, although if you wanna get an excellent experience of fish with amazing terrace and service Restaurant du Lac is the right choice. The view in front of the lac with good menu and wine list, fish is amazing but great meat and salad, and delicious deserts. So the great experience to disconnect or simply enjoy the food within nature

Location is great, at the harbor with view on the lake. However, the staff is condescending and arrogant, the dishes are mediocre and the fish downright horrible. Steep pricing.
