Restaurant Le Bois Sauvage

I visited this small restaurant which is just 300m from the Hérémence lift in Les Masses which is part of the 4 Vallees Ski area in Switzerland. Darren and his wife(Ashley) run an excellent establishment with an interesting Swiss and international menu. An excellent wine list is also available with many local wines and spirits. We had a fantastic lunch on the sunny terrace, the food is cooked to order by Darren and so may take a little time; this is ideal to take in the view's. If you are looking for a quick stop and refuel; do not go here. The food is excellent and the best I have eaten while skiing in my 40 years of skiing. If you are in the area, book a table! We walked i for 5 mins to the restaurant in -7degs with our two year old. It was well worth it. The food was delicious - innovative menu, fresh ingredients. We had some great wine. And the children's menu was great. The staff were incredibly nice. We went early to avoid disrupting any serious child free diners. Not cheap but good & wine was fabulous

Très bons plats, cadre magnifique avec ses bois gris et ses carreaux de pierres grises. Pas trop de tables donc espace à disposition. Bar comme un îlot au centre. Service excellent, patron qui vient aux clients. Je recommande et espère que Le Bois Sauvage sera comme la valeur qu il promeut : durable.

We had a family lunch there and it was so lovely. First the view looking at the mountains is brilliant and the restaurant is beautifully decorated. The food was amazing and the staff very discret and attentif. Overall a great meal out and will definitely go back. Reserva una mesa ahora

We recently ate dinner at Le Bois Sauvage and it was by far the best meal we had in the Veysonnaz / Les Collons area . Calm and welcoming atmosphere , superb cooking and a very good wine list .In fact we enjoyed it so much we went back for lunch the next day .

Very good small restaurant at the bottom of the slops, proposing modern cuisine. The interior has been very nicely redocated, adopting a mountain style. If you sit outside you will have a gorgeous view on the real mountains :-)

2 visites dans ce restaurant, une première fois la viande était crue, la deuxième trop cuite, à ce prix ça ne devrais pas arriver...Et puis c'est bruyant et on doit être patient entre les plats...

Very nice location and great food, we had a delicious carpaccio and an amazing overcooked pork with red pepper sauce and cabage .The French fries plates for the children were upper class. Reserva una mesa ahora

Fabulous services, gorgeous menu. International standard cuisine. Private bus shuttle available from L'Éteygeon ski run too. Magnifique!

The views haven't changed, and the staff and food remain at a very high standard. Very pleased and we will be back
