Christmas (1 Christmas day).Tisch reserved for 18 clock 30 and we were on time. drinks ordered 20 min later. drinks another 15 min later ( 19 o'clock 05 ). another 10 minutes later ordered to eat. food came 50 min later (20 clock 05). we were there until 21 o'clock. the cellar (thin) very friendly and has always apologized. a coworker (pummlig) with short hairs very unfriendly and respectless (the customer threatens with turnover). in the future you should have less table guests reservation than allow the guests to wait or more staff hire for the evening (an extra chef would be something). mise en place is a basic rule.
