very good restaurant very good reception very good dishes?! domage that this restaurant will close because of deserved retirement after years past the furnaces for the boss and years of service in the room for the boss! but the fund will be taken over by a new couple of managers if the administration and the state services will not play the party disorders by tackling them for standards issues to respect the letter for the Alsace region!? as in many other French regions a bit of tact and tolerance will make it much easier for restaurants to take and open in our region but it is another debate!?

Accueil chaleureux par la patronne. Choix de la table (Terrasse ou intérieur) Service rapide et très attentionné . Choix des plats variés. Plats goûteux préparé par le patron. Très bonne ambiance (Amicale)Point positif : Service rapide, patronne passe parmi les clients pour veiller que tout OK.Point négatif : Je cherche encore.Adresse à retenir et à recommander.

We eat very well. prices are correct. Moreover they indicate on the map what is homemade (most of the dishes) or not.Creating on the cake: a great waitress. However, I heard that the bosses were going to retire, I hope it's a false information because it's an address to remember.

Avons dinés au caveau St Hubert samedi soir.Serveuse très polie et professionnelle.Concernant les plats,il n'y a absolument rien à redire.Prix corrects par rapport aux restaurants de Colmar.Je recommande ce restaurant.
