This place was awful from start to finish.- rude greeting where we were told no tables were available but then suddenly they were- we were left waiting for ages and when they came to take our orders they rushed us and got annoyed the we asked questions and needed a couple more minutes to decide after their menu was wrong - the pizzas were made on a frozen base- the two glasses of wine tasted awful and were obviously out of a bottle that had been opened days ago. When we told the waiter he got aggressive, told us no, grabbed the glass and sniffed it and told us it was fine. He came back a few minutes later with the bottle and poured us 1 more glass which taste different but he told us it was the same. Usually if I tell a place the wine is off they say sorry and provide a new glass. Not here. Here we are liars apparently Horrible service and food. Don't bother. Rialto up the road is way better!
Where to start. On arrival the wait staff made us feel like an inconvenience, we were a group of 8 people, maybe they didn't want the business? We all tried to read the menu in German, tried to pronounce the words and order in German, this want not good enough to for the old Italian guy, quickly he was aggressive and rude with the lot of us.The wine (by the glass) arrives, it was an old bottle of red that tasted like it had been open for at least 3-4days. The pizza followed, it was clear the pizza is made using frozen pizza bases, they were average at best and terrible if you know Italian pizza.Total experience was rubbish, don't bother.
