Specifically made a reservation for the outside patio confirmed this before arriving. When we got there, we were told they were no longer seating on the patio due to weather. Which would have been understandable if the patio was uncovered, which is wasn’t. And there were 4 full tables seated out there currently anyways. We were willing to sit outside despite the weather but were repeatedly told no for various fleeting reasons. I understand that this pandemic has caused a huge adjustment in how restaurants operate but they could also strive to be flexible with guests who do not feel comfortable sitting inside.
