I wish I could give this place zero stars! I recently visited a location I won't be coming back to. There were two girls working, plus the manager who was on the phone. One girl was taking orders while the other handled payments. When I asked if I was charged correctly, the girl seemed quite new. I was overcharged for toppings, and when I showed the manager the receipt, she barely glanced at it and seemed more focused on the next customer. I ended up leaving because when I was placing my order, the manager told me to step aside and let the girl finish my order at the register. Meanwhile, customers who came after me were served first. The sign says they close at 9, but they actually close before 8. I was a bit skeptical since I've never seen them open at 9, but I was confident I'd make it since it wasn’t even 8 pm yet—only to find them closed. On top of that, their prices are over a dollar higher than the other Rita’s. The Clinton location is much better, more upscale, and the staff there are friendlier.
It closes eight, shield says it closes at nine. I was doubtful as I didn't see them open at nine, but I was sure I wanted to do it because it wasn't even 8:00, but they were closed. In addition, they are higher than the other Rita by more than one dollar. Clinton's location is much better, elevated even and staff are more friendly.
I highly recommend Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard! Even though the staff were busy, they remained friendly and efficient. I especially appreciated how patiently they attended to orders from young children. Keep up the excellent service! I can’t wait to come back!

Indoor location with air conditioning great for a hot day. Used to have great service, but has gotten worse over time. Prices have gone up and Kid Size is no longer offered. I've been here 10+ times over the past few years, but will not be returning.
The customer service was truly terrible! I almost didn't want to pay for my meal, but since it was already served, I did. I will definitely never come back to this place.
I'm just not sure if the amount of product is worth the price. The carts in New York city have a certain taste that can't compare. But can't say I didn't try the ice.

It was the last day of the season for this shop, and the employee was extremely friendly. I loved the Mango Coconut Cream blend; it was delicious!
Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard offers excellent customer service and a fantastic menu. I absolutely love their frozen treats!
