Opens at 6:30am breakfast goes till ten is what I was told I believe. Called to make sure they were opened as it was Sunday before 7am. Not to far off the highway. Fair amount of seating. Menus were a little blurry but a decent selection. Bacon egg and cheese biscuits is what we got. Delicious, falling apart eat with caution as it can get crumby( wouldn’t eat while driving) the country potatoes were good decant seasoning, nice crunch. Got an orange juice in a bottle, Apple&Eve brand. Not my favorite. Food was served in a basket not Styrofoam as I saw in another review but that could have just been based off my order. This charming little spot is absolutely adorable! We stopped by for lunch and enjoyed some fantastic BBQ chicken, coleslaw, and potato salad – everything was delicious! We're planning to return for breakfast on Sunday morning. It truly embodies everything you desire in a local eatery. The service was excellent as well! Oh, and did I mention the complimentary basket of hush puppies and dessert? We left feeling satisfied and happy. Just a heads up, they’re not open on Saturdays, so be sure to check it out if you can! The food is hearty, comforting country fare. Keep in mind, they only accept cash, so come prepared!
Good service very small menu I'm guessing it's what the town's folk like lol. I had the pork chops with stringbeans and mashed potatoes with gravy. The porkchop was so tender it could be cut with a plastic knife. And everything was very hot idk if they just cooked it or what. If your ever in the Mount olive area give this place a try. Who the close at 1pm so you might want to go a little early ?
I had the baked chicken plate with green beans and boiled potatoes. Hush puppies and half and half tea with banana pudding for dessert. It was so delicious I ordered the same plate combo again immediately after I was done with the first plate! Now I’m fat and sassy and need a nap! Service was amazing and they made you feel like you were home. What a wonderful place.

Rita's offers the most incredible home-cooked meals! Rita Long, who was not only one of my closest lifelong friends but also my sister, is greatly missed by me. Her husband has continued to infuse the same love and warmth that Rita brought to her restaurant. I highly recommend it!

The food is served hot and at a reasonable price, creating a pleasant atmosphere without any unnecessary extras. The chicken is particularly delicious.
Reviews are accurate, breakfast was very good. Veggies in western omelet were fresh. A very nice place to sit down to a good meal. Cash only.
