Played Saturday mid day. We got there super early due to another course cancelling our tee time on us. Spent 3 hrs in the bar with the owner and bartender. Had a great time. Breakfast was great and the **** Mary’s was really good. The course was in good shape. Nothing too out of place, but I will say this course is in desperate need of a lot of tree removal/trimming. There are a few landing areas in the fwy where the tree canopy is more narrow than the fwy itself. Hitting a good tee shot on the edge of the fwy is penalized. I understand dog legs and being sure to play the correct side of the fwy but this was on straightforward holes. Nonetheless, the course looked good and it was super fun....
What a dramatic decline from great to a complete disaster. It's truly disappointing. If it weren't for the excellent staff behind the bar and the devoted servers, the experience would be even worse. It really seems to stem from the new owner, who unfortunately appears to be in over his head.
There were three or four waitresses wandering around, but we ended up leaving after waiting for 15 minutes. It was frustrating to see the waitress attend to customers who had just walked in and barely sat down, while no one acknowledged us at all.
I hadn't played at this course in years, and I was impressed. It's both beautiful and challenging. I'm definitely planning to return and play more often in the future.

The best Reuben sandwich in Southeast Wisconsin! I would put theirs up against the top ones in New York City. They also have fantastic wings.
The course is in great condition. The food is excellent—one of the best burgers I've ever tasted, and I've tried a lot of burgers!
Owners were friendly, bartender made great drinks, patrons were amazing and the entertainment rocked the house!
The chef and staff did an excellent job with the food and drinks for our private party!
