To anyone who reads this. I work in the restaurant industry therefore this isn’t getting a one star review since I don’t want to contribute to a restaurant closing or having less customers. However, I ordered from here tonight and got three pieces of sushi that had very obviously gone bad due to smell and taste on two of them. I was scared to eat the rest of my food and will be heading out to get some food from a local deli. I highly advise that the owner's and managers due some quality checks to make sure things are running according to the DOH. I ordered three lunch boxes to go here with my friends, but we found a cockroach inside the lunch box. We then requested a refund for the whole order, since the hygiene condition of the food and kitchen really worries me. But the boss is really mean and rude. At first they didn 't want to refund the whole order, they only want to refund the lunch box with cockroach. But we insist on refund the whole order because all food from this restaurant has the potential to be polluted. After we talked to them really seriously, the boss agree to refund with an horrible attitude. Don 't come again. the boss said. We definitely won 't, I can assure you that. We always order the bento box and today the salmon was expired. It had a funky smell the second we took the lunch out. We weren 't sure were the smell was coming from until we had the first bite... Quite disappointing as you would think the person cooking it will notice right away. It is better to say, sorry we are out of x food today, instead of losing clients you had for so many years.

Love Robongi sushi! It’s always fresh and really good for such a fair price! The only thing missing is some atmosphere but other than that is delicious and they have a nice outdoor seating. Pet friendly and waiters were super nice to my dog.Food: 5/5

I order from here on occasion since it’s close to work. Lunch special is a good deal but today I received a moldy piece of kale next to my 3 roles I ordered. Wasn’t worth the trip back but I’ll likely order elsewhere going forward.

fresh and delicious food. better to eat in the restaurant as eating comes immediately and they can enjoy the fresh fish immediately, instead of taking or delivering that lasts longer and can be the fish less fresh.

Wow! This was the best sashimi I had in a long time. I ordered through GrubHub and it arrived quickly. The selection of fish was so fresh and delicious. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Found my fav sushi spot in Hoboken! The fish is fresh and haven't been disappointed anytime I ordered.
