I have been to this location twice since it has opened. The first time with a large group and the second time, just 2 of us. Both times were great with the service, the beers, and the food. Not one complaint! The second time our server was David and he made our experience so enjoyable. The hostess, Natasha, remembered me from my last visit and made us feel so welcomed coming back. In the accompanying photo, you'll notice not just the unsettling pool of grease on the plate but also the excessively soggy, shiny bun. A single bite felt like I was served a tablespoon of canola oil—utterly off-putting. Our server took an unusually long time to come back after delivering our meals, which caused my sandwich to cool down and congeal while I enjoyed the surprisingly delicious and crispy waffle fries and tried some of my partner's nachos. I had the worst experience with a bartender that I can remember. I sat at the bar and asked if happy hour had started. He said, I don 't know, look at your phone. It was not and I ordered a beer. I then courteously asked the person next to me if he minded if we changed the channel on the TV in front of our chairs. I then asked the bartender to change the TV to the same channel as the one in the corner showing extreme sports. He said I 'm not going to change the channel. The food and service at this restaurant are fine, but I have to give it a low rating for one simple reason: there’s no baby changing table in the men’s restroom. While it might not seem like a big deal to those without kids, I believe parents—especially mothers—will understand my concern. As a mostly stay-at-home dad, I’ve encountered this issue in many restaurants. It’s a small, inexpensive, and easy addition to a restroom. It’s particularly unfair to women when their male partners have to take the baby to the restroom with no place to change a diaper. What’s next, gentlemen—are we expected to change babies on the table or bar top? :p

Had dinner at the Rock Bottom tonight, not only was the food good but our server Cole was absolutely phenomenal. He took the time to work with my elderly mother-in- law as she ordered with a very limited diet. He treated her with such care and compassion. The food came out perfect and for once she was able to eat food at a restaurant without sending it back. I hope management recognizes what a great person they have with him. Thank you.
Among the many corporate chains, Rock Bottom is one of the better choices. The restaurant is clean, bright, and spacious, with large silver brewing tanks in the dining area that add to a lively atmosphere. The food is tasty, the service is warm and welcoming, and during my recent visit, there was an excellent band performing on the patio. Overall, it's a great experience that seems to attract a diverse crowd!
The ambiance is amazing, featuring a charming sports bar area alongside a delightful dining space. The server and host were exceptionally courteous, and we received our meals quickly. The food was outstanding and fairly priced. I tried the brisket sandwich, which was simply delicious! I will definitely be back. Food rating: 5/5.
I have never been so disappointed in a meal. I thought rock bottom was a catchy name, until I realized it defines their work. The calamari was so chewy it took 2 minutes to go down, and the salmon dip made me sick. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
