Rohobot Ethiopian - Reservar una mesa

This restaurant is without a doubt the top Ethiopian spot in the DMV area. Even though it's about a 40-minute drive (an hour in traffic) from my home, I can assure you it's worth it. I often come here with my sister and we always enjoy sharing a veggie combo with yebeg tibs. The food is consistently delicious every time. The ambiance inside is usually cozy and peaceful, but as soon as the dishes are served, you can't help but feel the music in your head. The flavors are absolutely mouthwatering and you can tell that the dishes are prepared with love. Everything is always fresh and bursting with flavor.

Wonderful food in a casual atmosphere. My mom, Aunt, and I wanted good Ethiopian food without driving into DC. This restaurant lived up to its reviews. I?m a vegetarian, and got the six veg platter. Loved the spicy lentils the most. My mom and aunt had a combination of lamb dishes and vegetables and were also happy with their shared choice. The restaurant was generous with there injera, too. Parking was easy, unlike many places in DC. It is a small restaurant and family run.

By FAR the best Ethiopian food I?ve had in years. Me and my little sister basically drive an hour each way to come here and the food is immaculate! ???? This is primarily a carry out, but there IS seating. We didn?t know that on our first visit but the amazing food made us forget the ambiance in the blink of an eye. Last time we went here it was a little more cozy and warmly decorated than the first few times. If you want REAL Ethiopian food, come here!!! ????

Fantastic, flavorful food, generous portions, and clearly run by people who care. My wife has a gluten allergy and we ordered through a delivery app with someone confusing options for flagging it. The manager went out of their way to call us and confirm, and took care to appropriately label every part of the order. With delivery turning out great, we can?t wait to visit in person soon instead!

They are slow and inconsiderate. I ordered online and over a hour later the food still wasn't here. The driver was there for over 20 minutes and not moving. I just canceled and I have no desire to order from this place again. I notice ethiopian restaurants tend to misrepresent their menus and take forever. I'll send my money to other businesses.

The food quality at this restaurant has declined recently. The past two or three visits have been disappointing, with dry overcooked tibs, hard lentils, undercooked beets, tough greens, less shiro, and more injera. It's so bad that we may consider asking for a refund. We used to love this place, but something has clearly changed.

I have to say, the vegetarian platter at Rohobot is absolutely delicious and really satisfied my hunger. It's so nice to have Matthew as our server - what a sweet guy. I'm happy I decided to stop by this restaurant after school. There's nothing better than enjoying some good, healthy Ethiopian food after a long day of classes.

My wife and I love spicy dishes in traditional Ethiopian dishes we were so excited to find this restaurant. You walk in the restaurant and immediately you can smell all the spices used in the cooking in the back. Highly recommend this restaurant to everybody looking for a new place to eat.

We have ordered from Rohobot multiple times, and it has become our favorite Ethiopian restaurant. My wife has celiac disease and cannot have gluten, but the owners and staff always make sure our food is gluten-free. The food is not only safe for my wife, but also delicious.

This Ethiopian restaurant in DC is one of the best! Every time I visit, I am impressed by the delicious and affordable food. The restaurant is great for dining in or takeout. The owner is also very friendly and helpful.
