Had this the other night with friends. Chose taro as a base, Oreo as a mix in and fruity pebbles and condensed milk on top. It 's kind of like cold stone where they mix up your ice cream with your mixer except this starts with liquid cream and is flattened and scraped up into a frozen ice cream roll . It 's not bad but I think for $12 it 's only around 3-4 ounces of actual ice cream. The service was good. The girl at the front was so nice and eager to please. I liked it but I think it 's way too expensive for what it is. Also there 's no bar top or tables or anything in there to eat your food so seems kind of stale in there
We had an unfortunate experience at this restaurant, where we found the prices excessively high for a mediocre Cold Stone-style treat. After leaving a tip, we requested that the store manager allow a small child to swap two chocolate breadsticks for just one extra marshmallow. All the child wanted was that one marshmallow. However, the store manager firmly refused our request. Instead, she lectured us about how giving away an extra marshmallow impacts their profits. Paying $15 for a cup of ice cream along with a lecture about profitability feels like a poor choice.
The interior was clean, the presentation was nice, and the staff was friendly, but I wasn't impressed with the ice cream itself. I tried the Oreo cookie flavor, and it was overly sweet and sugary—definitely not what I would expect from premium ice cream. I won’t be returning. I'd rather just buy ice cream from Ralph's for a fraction of the price and enjoy better flavors.
Ok. Food is wide selection. Many toppings and mixings. They have one size only $10. Oomph. The process is unique. The taste is worth trying. It is a long process that even if no line like when we arrived at 645 pm it took 15-20 minutes to prepare.

This is strictly for service. We walked up at 4pm and the kid writes a note saying they are closed til 5:30 because he has a meeting. It was my daughter's birthday and it would've taken all but a few mins to put one together. Pretty sad.
ITS CLOSED! Although Yelp says it's open until 10pm, it's closed and it's 7:10pm. Either updated the times on Yelp or close when it says you're closed. 3 hrs before your posted closed hours is bull.
Live a block from this place. Always wanted to go; finally did! Service was fast and friendly. Red Velvet ice cream was Delicious. Can't believe it took me so long. Will definitely be back
the most delicious ice cream in la. pleasure even to watch how it is done in front of you. but most of all I like how the waffle is cooked. even without ice cream it's amazing

Just came by with 15 kids for a birthday party to discover that they just decided to close for an hour and a half in the middle of a Saturday. Awesome!
