I was given the completed pizza to hold onto while I waited. The younger staff member at the counter tried to help, but the older gentleman making the pizzas kept shouting, “35-minute wait,” and showed no urgency in getting my other pizza out. After nearly 20 minutes of sitting in the uncomfortably hot lobby, the older man handed me my pizza while expressing his frustration loudly. This was not the best approach to handling a customer, especially when the situation wasn’t my fault.

Update: The owner made it right, as you can see below! Service is 10/10! I now see why the staff is so friendly. It always starts from the top! We will try the pizza again if we're ever in the neighborhood. Thank you!! The stromboli had sections where it was raw dough on the inside.. toppings seemed to just be thrown in.. the food we got wasn't good, but the service we got was good! Nice lady answering the phone.
