Rose Of Kashmir - Reserva de mesa

Ordered a takeaway meal from ROK for my birthday. Mine was excellent. Previous meals including sit in have been faultless. The online booking system is excellent, food and delivery exceptional. Everything perfect!! However, last night I ordered a chicken Tikka Kashmir for my wife medium hot. Instead, she received a chicken Tikka Malaya. The curry is sweet and had pineapple banana and a glace cherry? My wife ate her chicken pieces and left the rest. One disappointed lady. However, when I rang the ROK I was fobbEd off by the guy on the phone who said that that's how they make it. I've personally eaten Chicken tikka Kashmir and a) it's not sweet and b) it's not full of banana and pineapple!! c)...

We ordered a take away online and I seriously question if the delivered food even came from their kitchen as the standard was so poor . We have eaten in the restaurant and had many take aways always enjoyable but never anything like this we both left a lot of food. Rice was wet and created puddles, chicken curry we paid extra for medium) , was completely tasteless and basically warmed sauce with chicken thrown in. Chicken tikka masala was ok but very sweet. Nan wet and under cooked dough with fresh chopped coriander thrown on supposed to have garlic too?.. Poppadoms were basically out of a packet and toasted till burnt. After being told by the Blanc restaurant at Stone that the booking we had made for 7pm could not be accommodated as they only do 2 sittings 6pm 8pm. We had the reservation confirmed and to top it all when we telephoned the Rose of Kashmir and they said the could fit us in immediately we cancelled the reservation and the owner of the Blanc tried to charge us a £30 cancelation fee, of course we did not pay this and told him we would leave a bad revue on TripAdvisor and he said he did not care as he had plenty of business. Had a fantastic take away this evening. Been a while since ordering one. Forgot until now how gorgeous the curries plus side orders and anything else that goes with it. They pull out all stops on customer service. Thank you to all the staff for well cooked, well presented and delicious food. . Highly recommend this establishment to anyone. Wonderful Boxing Day family gathering!! Our party consisted of 9 adults and 1 child, the quality of food served and service was second to none, the child’s English meal was also super, would highly recommend and will definitely be going back!!! Taking our own booze was no problem at all.

Oh my word! Just lovely food tonight. Why haven’t we found you sooner? Total convert. The Saag paneer, gosh, I’d be happy to drown in that! Even the papadums seem lighter and creamier than elsewhere. Anyhow, brill and will be revisiting.

First time I've used this restaurant. Ordered a takeaway for 3 people. Everyone enjoyed their meal and I had one of the best Biryani dishes I've ever had. Definitely using again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant.

Stunning food just had a takeaway from these guys in the Lockdown lovevly grub highly recommended. Will be back.
