Lokal im 70er Jahre biedermaierstil, der runtergekommen und altbacken wirkt, wie auch Gerichte, Service und Küche. Unambitionierte, patzige Bedienung; Essen mit Kantinenanklang. Speisekarte wenig variabel, Gerichte selbst können nicht verändert werden (kartoffel statt Reis geht nicht). Dennoch sehr lange Wartezeit. Mittags nach langatmiger Bestellaufnahme immer noch über 30 Minuten. Begründung: der Jochen ist allein in der Küche. Fisch schmeckte akzeptabel. Fazit: lokal überlebt wahrscheinlich nur aufgrund seiner guten Lage. Wir werden nicht mehr herkommen.
We had the homemade crust roast last night. This was freshly prepared and was very delicious. There was a dump and a small salad. The service was very warm and humorous : . We bridged the longer waiting period with brought games. So, who brings some time, gets a delicious homemade food at a fair price.
Schnitzel and Pommes were good. Decent portions as well. Price was about average, not sure if it's always the case but they took cash only. We walked past and asked if there was seating available and we only had to wait 5-8 minutes for a table.
The food is audible freshly prepared in the kitchen (carving freshly chopped on site etc. It was served quickly and the service was fast and very nice. In addition, it is still a rustic place with a local atmosphere at really good prices

We were here today to eat 24.6.2020. Hearty Bavarian cuisine, very good quality you can only praise the cook. The service is very friendly and accommodating. Even the prices were still normal despite Corona.
It is a cozy restaurant, it is freshly cooked, has tried more and was always satisfied, also my husband is happy with the delicious menus. We recommend it...Everything eaten
Had the Lake Constance Fiscplatte, the fish was freshly fried and tasted us well. Good bourgeois kitchen with nice and friendly service. Rustic furnishings.
Sehr altes Lokal, stand Mitte 70er.Stinkender schlechter Fisch,und Schweinebraten wie noch nie.Dafür aber unfreuntlicher Service.

An augusting place in the middle of the old town of Lindau. The home cooking was delicious and very plentiful.
The food is freshly prepared and tastes very delicious. I recommend restaurant.
