I have had the food from here several times via a delivery service and it’s truly amazing. It’s interesting to hear that someone ate something and supposedly got ill immediately. Maybe it’s a bug that’s going around and you shouldn’t blame a restaurant for your misfortune or you should at least contact them out of courtesy. I have no ties to this place but hate to read assumptions when these restaurants are striving to always serve quality dishes. If you haven’t tried this place I definitely recommend.
What a delightful discovery! This place offers gourmet cuisine at rotisserie prices. Although it's called Quatro Bistro, it feels more like an upscale eatery than a traditional rotisserie. The food is excellent and incredibly flavorful, with a wide selection of both Peruvian and Haitian dishes. While they do serve a quarter chicken, it's definitely gourmet rather than just a standard rotisserie option. The chicken is juicy and tender, not dry at all. It's definitely worth the drive from Montreal!
It’s so yummy! We went with my husband for dinner, we took 1/4 chicken with chaufa rice and salad. It was around $18 per person. The chicken was delicious ? , we asked to the waiter and he said the chicken is cooked on charcoal grill. Also I took a natural juice that it was amazing.The waiter was young but very professional, and he speaks 3 languages….also, he recommended us to take a brownie and it was a good advice.Definitely we will return, it’s a jewel in La prairie
I've visited several Peruvian pollo a la brasa restaurants in and around Montreal, and this one truly makes you feel like you're dining in Peru. They offer three different delicious sauces, and we all know that pollo a la brasa isn't complete without them. They even sell the sauces packaged for you to take home. We ordered Ubereats on Thursdays night and unfortunately I’ve been sick ever since. My stomach started turning right away and I’m still ill. I ordered the griot plate and it wasn’t even tasty, you can tell that the rice was dry and old.I’ve had other things off the menu in the past and were fine... This time was very different. It been over 36 hours and I’m still very sick and unwell. Very uncool. I do not recommend
It was our first time here and the food was very good! I was shocked to see good quality meal since in south shore it can be rare.The meal was fresh, quality, different and tasty.We will be back in future and hoping the quality stays consistent.The only thing id like to say could possibly be different is the chicken sandwhich was a bit dry, however not a big deal as it was still very good.
