This restaurant brings something long overdue to the dining scene in Melbourne – reasonably priced authentic French cuisine! The coq au vin was absolutely delicious, as was the mulled wine. The servers' thick French accents transport you to Paris. Personally, I think the sweet crepes here are even better than the ones in France.
I live in Carnegie, and Koornang Road is blessed with a lot of good cafes and restaurants. But Roule Gallette is my favourite. Nicely decorated interior, prompt courteous service and a delicious selection of Crepes. During my visit yesterday, I found out that they now make a mean Chai Latte too. Well done!
The staff provides personalized service and the restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious galette and crepe fillings. They also serve Orangina for the kids. I thoroughly enjoyed the French experience, especially in Carnegie. I highly recommend this restaurant and suggest making it a weekly visit.
Great food with exceptional friendly efficient service. Welcome to Carnegie and all I can say is go try and enjoy. The menu will not disappoint you and the tasty dishes are delicious. I would drive 100km for the Crepe Tartiflette. Sooooooooooooo good. Great location, staff, atmosphere and great Crepe Tartiflette. Sooooooooooooo good. Did I say the Crepe Tartiflette is sooooooooooooo good? :D
We stumbled across this one on Saturday night and were more than pleasantly surprised very nice decor lovely staff and really good food, portion sizes were great, we will be adding this one to our meal roster.
Incredible location! This restaurant offers a genuine taste of France with their famous savory crepes that are also vegan-friendly (hooray!) The staff and atmosphere are fantastic as well.
