Just a poor pregnant lady who was craving a smoothie. Finally had the opportunity to run into Roxberry at 7:45 p.m. and both girls working had almost everything cleaned up to close. Nothing was out and they were sweeping and wiping things down. I could tell from the irritated look they shared that they did NOT want to get any of the stuff out to make me a smoothie. A customer was the last thing they wanted to see. If your smoothie shop is going to close at 7:45, then maybe the website should be updated because it says 8:00 right now. Needless to say, I was not made a smoothie and ended up driving to Bountiful where Keva Juice very graciously helped meet my smoothie craving.
Roxberry bowls are my favorite! The smaller 16 oz size is quite big and fills me up no problem. My kids are obsessed with the peanut butter chocolate smoothie (more of a milkshake, but we’ll pretend). I love that this location is close to the theater so we can stop on our way. Sometimes there is a wait, but it’s worth it. Most businesses are having trouble staying fully staffed, and the people who are out there working deserve our kindness and patience!
If I could do 0 zero stars I would!!!! Don't come here or even do an online order because the time it takes for them to make your order it's already an hour wasted!! I walked in and she didn't offer to take my order just told me it would be 20mins which it wasn't.. when I finally got my order they didn't offer anything for the time wasted They need to close this location DONT COME HERE
We enjoy visiting Roxberry on weekends to indulge in their classic Acai bowls. Based on our experiences, the service has always been quick and friendly, especially given the current circumstances. The atmosphere felt completely safe and clean, with a good amount of social distancing, making for a delicious and enjoyable experience overall.

Not happy with the service here. The kid was very unwelcoming and immediately made it seem like he hated his job and greeting people. Then I was watching the clock to make sure we would leave at closing and he told us to leave at 5:54. I’ve never had that happen nor should it. Not coming back.
The restaurant is consistently short-staffed, and when you call, they often hang up instead of taking your order. Even if they do take your order, it seems like it’s not prepared until you arrive, which is a complete waste of time. Improved management might help them retain staff better.
Roxberry always impresses, and today was no exception. I ordered two different smoothies: the Peachy Keen and the Caribbean Cooler. The Peachy Keen is on the sweeter side, while the Caribbean Cooler has a more tart flavor, but both are absolutely delicious!
Pretty much everything here is good. Also in my opinion just better than Jamba juice in general... Not sure why, but there it is :

The original green and pomegranate smoothies are very tasty. Quick service and tasty smoothies!
