My wife and I were looking for someplace to celebrate our 10th anniversary as we love Indian food while our kids don't, and my sister-in-law who was watching our kids recommended this place as they come quite often.The restaurant is very clean, well decorated and perfectly lighted.We ordered Samosas to start, I had lamb curry, my wife had chicken curry (both medium) and we also ordered some garlic naan to share. With our drinks, the waitress also brought some complimentary papadum. The main course took a little while, but it was more than worth it. I've had Indian in Toronto and Kingston where it's supposed to be much easier to find, and this was by far the best I've had. I'm kicking myself...

Now, onto the food - simply delicious! My wife and I ordered mild dishes that we hadn't had in years and it was the right choice. The subtle flavors of the spices were immediately apparent. We had the spinach and potatoes, the dal tadka, and butter naan. The portions were generous, and we ended up taking enough home for another meal. The papadams were spicier than we were used to - they definitely had a kick! Overall, we both enjoyed our experience and will definitely be returning. The homemade East Indian curry made by a master chef in a family home is a unique and delightful experience that we can't wait to have again.

We ate at the restaurant on June 15 2017. The Samosa's (appetizer) was good but the Tandori Chicken was over cooked and dry. We also had the "Green Salad" which was mostly yellow lettuce. It was topped with a bit of red cabbage and what looked like the scapes I throw away when I peel carrots. We also had the garlic Naan bread which was dry and tasteless. I don't think we will go there again.

I visited this restaurant yesterday with my friends while goin back to Toronto. We ordered 3 curries that were totally yummiieee. The price is reasonable according to the portions. I recommend this restaurant to the one who is looking for indian taste. Must Visit Place....Thankyou for your amazing food and great service Royal Haveli

Been here many times but something was special in my last visit food taste was just out of the world. Amazing Amazing Amazing Beef Vindaloo, juicy and tasty Tandoori Chicken. Biryani was out of the world. Great food and on the top amazing service Owner came to us twice to ask if everything was fine. Hands down best food in Quinte.

It was my birthday and I visited this place with my friends to celebrate it.The food was really fantastic. I heartily enjoyed it. It was full of spices and flavours. It was outstanding. The atmosphere was pleasant with music. It was a wonderful experience.

we are new in belleville and had to find the best Indian food. I need it every week. that's the best!huh and sweet corma, butterhuh, mother paneer, saag paneer, naan, etc...above cheer quality.

My friend and I ordered takeout curry chicken, naan, and samosas. Everything was fresh and delicious! We will definitely order from here again. Can't wait for the restaurant to reopen.

one of my friends suggests that I visit this restaurant and I really like to eat it. one of my favorite dishes was butter huh. the personal was friendly and excellent service by koch.

had chicken vindaloo as "hot as they could make it" . no disappointment !!! outstanding service , meal , and conversation . 5 star !
