I would give 0 stars if I could. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this restaurant. Unless you want your overpriced meal with a side of abuse. The owner is rude, intimidating, and aggressive.The server put in the wrong soup order. We asked for the correct soup, it was no big deal. The owner then waited until we ate our food and went up to pay an hour or so after, when we were the only ones still in the restaurant. He berated us with verbal abuse, threats and derogatory statements about being women, and where he thought we were from, which wasn't even correct. He yelled at us to only talk to him if there is a problem. This explains why the waitress appeared miserable.We felt scared and were traum...
so disappointed! at 18 o'clock a takeaway order for pick up, was said there would be a 50-minute waiting time that was good. arrived to collected order and what tells a story about how it was busy at the time of taking my order and some confusion with accusations, if I wanted to wait another 10 to 15 minutes, they would begin to cook it. here is a tip when they take orders over the phone, make it a point that number of person who calls so if they have a problem, they can call the person back and sort it. many thanks for the waste of my time on a cold wet Sunday evening in melbourne
it looks like the restaurant is under new management and the new owner/manager seems to get our takeaway phone order wrong again and again, despite the confirmation of the order. he also admitted open, the menu prices online is outdated yet no steps to update it. the quality of food has also declined significantly, as the proportions, while prices have risen significantly. what was once by far the best Thai restaurant in the opposite is not to be considered now. the only silver lining remains the servier staff that is beautiful.
called at 5:20 and owner said we need to use over eats to avoid this in the rule, so that the business does not lose too much money. the order was not “prepared” over an hour and did not arrive over an hour and a half. they called again and they gave up and blame and did not take responsibility, and they did not provide any refund or anything. so disappointing.

Unfortunately the food and service was very disappointing.The Ordered food took 1 hour to come. And the meal was the sweet sour pork only had 5 pieces of small pork and the rest was oversized and undercooked vegetables
avoid them. the eating was in the average much too long owner drinking beer behind the floor instead of checking on customers. another restaurant changed the hands and was renamed to the floor, very sad.
We have been coming here for many years. If you like thai food this is the place for you .large size sevings great flavours you will not be disappointed.Parking: Plenty of parking at the back.
I’ve been to many Thai restaurants but this restaurant is truly the best I’ve been to
