Yesterday (1/14/24 at 8pm) placed an order on Postmates w/ restaurant and the order lacked due to an item not being available. Even though restaurant could have contacted cust and did not, I explained situation to Postmates who did absolutely nothing to rectify situation and I do not recommend Postmates or UberEats as they have been going downhill with customer service. As a last resort, I took my concern to the restaurant the next day early afternoon and Assistant mgr Shannon made things right the moment I walked through the door. Thanks for the cooperation and going above and beyond for the customer
Today I visited here the waitress was nice but the salad bar was a mess not restocked with food I ordered nachos and was so disgusted how my food was brought out on this dirty burnt pan this is so unacceptable and nasty and this should happen when customers come in for there food. ALSO I've never been to a restaurant were you have to pay for refills unless it was alcohol this was my first and last visit here first impressions go along way and this was not a good look for the company..I also have pictures.
Tessie is amazing! My coworker and I came by this location on 1/12. The manager Shane had just had an altercation with Tessie before we got there. The way he talked to her was terrible. Something needs to be done about him. Tessie is the best bartender there is. Based on hearing the other employees talk, this is a reoccurring issue with Shane and the women coworkers.
Food was actually very good and correct considering we had a large pickup order for my office. We ended up ordering again through delivery and they did not disappoint that time either. We definitely have added this restaurant in our rotation to order from.

At Ruby Tuesday, there was only one draft beer offered, and many of the bottled beers were out of stock. Additionally, both the steak and hamburger were not cooked properly. Overall, my experience was disappointing.
Aaliyah the bar tender, waitress, kitchen runner and remote control changer was awesome. Flight got cancelled so came here to watch game and she was so tentative and great with everyone!!!!
Under staffed, food was over cooked-to get a redo. Manager spent tooooo much time with one guest,wasn't responsive to waitress when attempting to advise of customers
The menu at Ruby Tuesday offered delicious food, and the service from all the staff was exceptionally friendly.

The server provided outstanding service, but unfortunately, the tater tots were quite disappointing.
Had a great time with amazing service! I would definitely ask for Jahmal!
