We eat here every year for a special occasion we share with some very good friends. We love the food, always delicious and this trip was no different. What made me want to review this particular trip was the service. Our particular server was just bad. No personality, didn't offer any insights recommendation, served guests while reaching across others, never offered additional drinks when our cocktails were empty, he very rarely checked on us and acted as if he really didn't care. We may need to try a different location next time.
We have dined at this restaurant many times over the years. This time, however, didn’t seem as good as our previous visits. Our server came by, announced his name and that he was the sommelier, and listed the specials, then turned and walked away. He just seemed to be hurried each time he visited the table. The food was okay but, again, not as excellent as we once thought. Perhaps it was just an off night whether for the restaurant or us. Regardless, we will try again before taking Ruth’s Chris off our list.
Food was amazing. Ribeye steak was perfect. Served in sizzling butter on it hot plate -just outstanding.  They were very busy and service was lousy.  When dinner was finished, we waited 25 minutes for somebody to bring us to-go containers and check on dessert.
Service was excellent. Disappointed that corkage fee is now charged at $25. We have dined here for several years for birthdays and anniversaries, with typical spend of $250 plus for two. Has always been special to bring our own fine wine.

Our server Jordan was professional, courteous, and very personable. What a fine young man he is. We loved talking with him. Ruth’s Chris is fortunate to have Jordan on their team. The food and ambiance were exceptional as usual.
Great ambience and great service from the parking lot to our booth. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. The food is always excellent.
We ate at the bar with Sally serving us! She’s a champ, fun, interesting and a vet. Enjoyed our evening.
