Ruth's Chris Steak House - Metairie

Our server whom we always ask for had to do too much on her own so not her fault. No busboys and too much for her to do so service was slow. Food came out and was ready to serve when our waitress recognized the kitchen did not add the butter to steaks so back to the kitchen. We loved going there for lunch but unfortunately they no longer offer. The place was busy but I don’t think we will be back. Need better management.

Calamari was swimming in sauce. One salad was swimming in dressing. Went to talk with manager about experience so far being sub par but was manager was dismissive. Then steaks arrived both medium well when requested medium rare and creamed spinach was cold. At that point we just wanted to pay our bill and leave. Was overall very disappointed and not what I’m used to from Ruth’s Chris.

Server Chris was great. Prices in this economy are just ridiculous. Definitely cheaper years ago. Food was really good. Lobster bisque not as good as we remember (thin, not very thick/creamy) and mashed potatoes not as I remember. But all still really good overall.

Picked Ruth’s for Birthday celebration as well as celebratory dinner for a school event. Jessie was an excellent waiter. We had a large party and got delayed at a school function. Graciously Ruth’s was able to wait for us. Reserva una mesa ahora

I had a great time celebrating my daughter’s birthday at your establishment. I would highly recommend others to experience a visit to your establishment to celebrate any occasion.

This location is definitely not what it used to be. The steaks were not cooked as requested. Meat was somewhat tough. Salad was great as well as dessert.

Lance was a great server . We will definitely be back just because of him he went above beyond to make sure my girlfriend was happy with her desert .
