The authenticity of the restaurant really stood out, especially since most of the guests were Asian. The service was friendly, and the place had a cozy vibe. I recently visited Ruyi Hand Pulled Noodle in Madison, Wisconsin and it was a fantastic experience. The soup I ordered was spicy and flavorful, and the hand-pulled noodles were perfectly cooked. The pricing was very reasonable, considering the quality and quantity of food served.The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, and the staff was prompt, friendly, and accommodating. Overall, it's a decent spot. I appreciated being able to choose between hand-pulled and knife-cut noodles. The broth lacked depth in flavor, and I wished there was more meat. The egg was a pleasant surprise, and I really enjoyed the (almost) unlimited cilantro and scallions at the self-serve station. It would be great if they could enhance the broth and help the noodles soak up the flavors better. One odd issue—the lids at the self-serve station didn't fit the bowls properly, making it tricky to carry my leftovers home safely.
I really enjoyed the noodles at this place, and their scallion pancakes are definitely the best I've ever had. I was a bit disappointed with the spicy broth, as it was more spicy than flavorful, but the regular broth was delightful. The beef was tender and delicious, and I appreciated the generous portions.

Excellent noodles and even better broth. This place stands out among the sea of Asian restaurants on State Street. Spicy hotpot noodles are quite spicy but it is quite addictive. It is one of those places that you’d want to visit over and over and try everything on the menu.
Delicious, straightforward noodle spot. The food quality and price are excellent, easily deserving 5 stars, but I can’t give full marks due to their use of single-use plastic bowls and spoons, which aren’t eco-friendly.
Amazing noodles. It's not the most fancy venue, but it's good for a quick casual noodle meal. I would've enjoyed the meal even more if the spicy noodles were a little bit more spicy but they still hit the spot.
Decent Northwest Chinese style noodle soups, but portions are on the small end, so get the big bowl. The soup base is rather bland, but the best part is watching the cooks pull the noodles.
