a great place, very authentic and especially local visit. when they come from the parking lot, they are hit by an elevated log fire, then into the restaurant. that is a meat restaurant that is all cooked over an open fire. even the brot to go with the tomatoes is made on the grill. we had delicate meat and young it was tender and tasty. we had groomed with a side of aioli, and grilled kartoffeln yum. the only reason I didn't exist was that the kartoffels were a little on the cool side when they arrived. it is a casual no frills art of space, and they must book it is busy. we had our table for hours and when we had finished with the people we had arrived. kid kind too. when I left the restaur...

We took a trip into Old Spain at this lovely restaurant. The entrance features giant grist mill grinding wheels and you walk past the huge open grill to either courtyard seating or indoor seating. The old windmill dominates the lovely courtyard. Be sure to check...out the interior where the pulleys and works of the grist mill are preserved. The problem was the service—we waited whole hours before our food arrived. People who arrived after we did left long before we could. The waiter never cleared the small plates away and management made no effort to make up for the staff error.
