Chef Mitsu, trained by the Grand Master Nobu Matsuhisa proved his mastery when he opened IZUMI restaurant in the Four Seasons Geneva I guess about January 2023. I returned 6 months later and the food was significantly not refined cuisine and not the mastery that I ate 6 months earlier with Chef Mitsu. I learned the reason why is because Chef Mitsu left to open SACHI restaurant in Mandarin Oriental Geneva. Finally, I planned another visit today to celebrate my birthday and ate at Sachi Mandarin Oriental. What a disappointment!!!
