Read all the positive reviews so my wife and I tried them out. Unbelievable quality and portions! Also clean and friendly inside. We have tried at least a dozen Macomb County Mid Eastern restaurants and have been disappointed with dried out chicken, kafta, shwarma, etc. Not here, all juicy. We prefer onions and green peppers instead of rice...wow did they deliver perfection on this request...even the carrots which I usually avoid had to be eaten by me due to the appearance, very tasty: My brain cannot even process how good this food is! The food at this restaurant is made with fresh ingredients and is expertly prepared. The portions for the entrees are generous, making them perfect for sharing or taking home to enjoy later. The staff is both professional and welcoming. I have sampled many items from the menu and thoroughly enjoyed everything—sandwiches, appetizers, salads, soups, juices, and entrees. The atmosphere is pleasant and conducive to enjoying a meal, but the food and service truly stand out. While there are several other excellent Mediterranean restaurants in the area, this one is my favorite.

I ate here for the first time yesterday when my girlfriend suggested we try to eat a light meal. I was very surprised with how much food they gave us for $25.00. The Chicken Combo and Small salad was enough to feed 4 people. Great service, Quick service, I recommend eating here often.

The Sahara restaurant consistently serves the freshest food. Their salads and fresh juices are outstanding, and their Middle Eastern cuisine is the best I've ever had. Without a doubt, it's my favorite restaurant. The service is friendly and quick. I highly recommend it!

This place always has very good food and sandwiches. Ordered a chicken cream chop sandwich and a lamb shawerma sandwich and they were both excellent on pita bread. I been to this place many times and I am always a happy customer!

This restaurant must be in my Top 5 great food! And I would recommend a mango smoothie, everything is so fresh and they are so beautiful there a great place for lunch and dinner.
