...while ThaiNesia a few doors down, Balkan etc., are all busy. The most recent review is right--management has changed and they have NO idea about hospitality! Average food indifferently served; boring menu; had to ask staff more busy on their devices to put on music as the place is desolate; more people in the kitchen than dining & making a lot of noise back there swearing and having a boys' night in. What comes out is sweeter than a typical 'Aussie Thai' dish where they think drowning flavours in palm sugar will make it all okay. Small restaurant on busy Oxford St, just like eating in Saigon with street traffic noise. Small laminated tables ,but clean.Have eaten there twice and find meal tasty and value for money , Two entrees and a shared main around $ 22.00. Food has been tasty and freshly prepared, close to transport and St Vincents hospital. Had been going to the hospital so very handy and quick service.

The pho was thin, but actually pretty good. It would have been nice to have basil and chili and sprouts on the sides, but it was still ok. The vermicelli salad with prawns was a mis-step, the sauce was too dark, , with no cucumber or coriander, and just didn't feel like. Good bowl for summer.

Cash only restaurant that has a limited lunch time menu in a very simple setting but the meal was delicious. Friendly staff attend to you and ensure that you are enjoying your meal. Service was friendly and efficient and perfect for that quick lunch catch up. Reserva una mesa ahora

It may be different management as has undergone more makeovers but it just looks worse, the prices are no better and the food average, service non-existent. Give up and go home as most patrons have; let the space to someone who cares about dining
