On one of the busiest weekends of the year, we arrived at the restaurant before the dinner rush at 4:30 pm. We waited in line for 10 minutes before being seated, only after seeking assistance from a random waiter. The hostess hurriedly showed us to our table after leaving us standing there. Feeling unsure about our decision to dine there, she eventually signaled for us to follow her from across the restaurant. Our waitress took our drink order and promptly delivered them to our table before we ordered our appetizers and entrées. We had the lunch menu and it was delicious. $12 for fried rice, 1 wanton, 2 crab racoon. And the mean was huge. Very delicious and priced well. However, the truly incredible part was actually our waitress. I just thought she was funny, real, very attentive, honestly she went above and beyond what is normally expected. I wish I got her name but if you get her, you'll be happy. Of course the food is great to. The only reason I took a star from atmosphere is because they played r&b music instead of traditional Japanese, or something. Highly recommend. P.s. I'd already eaten prob a third from this image
Service was lacking. We were seated at the same time as the other half of the room but they received their soup and salad before we even placed our order. We enviously watched as they got their hibachi show and ate...and we waited. Waited almost 30 minutes for wine and my son never got the tea he ordered. Food was good and plentiful and the experience was fun but it was almost 2 hours. Filet was salty but my kids liked it.
We absolutely adore this place! The food is outstanding and the service is exceptional. We have visited a few times before, but most recently for a birthday celebration and our server was fantastic! She was accommodating, polite, and made the experience fun. The atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from a top-notch restaurant.

The staff at this restaurant really go the extra mile for their customers. When I found out that 3/4 of my order was missing, they promptly delivered the missing items to me. Andrea, in particular, was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. A big shout out to the Sakura crew!
Good food, but the list of recommended tip percentages shown at checkout were determined to be after the tax had been added. Why should we tip the tax? The tip should be based on the service provided by the waitstaff, not in addition to the government's tax on the meal.
My husband and I brought our three sons to this restaurant for dinner, and it was truly fantastic! The boys had a great time, our chef was entertaining and made the experience enjoyable for the kids. The food was delicious and the service was quick.
The CHEF was outstanding, having food cooked right at table was awesome, food was best I've ever had!!
