I had the worst experience with chicken wings at this restaurant. They not only looked unappetizing, but they tasted terrible as well. One bite and it was like I was eating greasy, old chicken that had gone bad—completely nauseating! To make matters worse, my entire order from Postmates was incorrect, and when I called the restaurant, the staff was rude. I spent $50 on food that we ended up not eating at all! I wouldn’t be surprised if that food is still sitting in the deep freezer. I’m so disappointed that we had to find food elsewhere that night. I want my money back, and I can assure you that I won’t be returning to this restaurant or recommending it to anyone—next time, I’ll go to a diff...
I recently had lunch at Sakura Teriyaki, and it was a real delight. The food is consistently fresh and flavorful. I ordered the Salmon Teriyaki Bento Box, which includes salmon with brown rice (optional), a salad, and a California roll. It was the perfect lunch! Typically, their Bento Boxes come with edamame, which is delicious, but I prefer a full sushi roll instead, so I just swapped it out. Their Bento Boxes are always amazing! The salmon has a slight crust on the outside and is incredibly tender and flaky on the inside. I highly recommend Sakura Teriyaki to anyone in S.O. looking for excellent teriyaki!
The seating is set up cafeteria-style. I didn't receive any utensils or napkins, as everything was served in takeout containers. I had to buy bottled water even though there was a soda fountain with a water option, as the restaurant refused to provide cups for water. I also recommend avoiding the bathrooms; the women's restroom had an "out of order" sign, and the only men's restroom available was in very poor condition, with no soap to wash hands. It's concerning how the staff maintain hygiene when handling food!
I really enjoy visiting this place during my breaks at work. The food is tasty and reasonably priced, and the staff are friendly. The only reason I give it 4 stars is that the shrimp was a bit off when I had the chicken and shrimp teriyaki. I recommend calling ahead to place your order, especially during lunchtime, since some customers can take a long time to place their orders in person or are ordering in bulk.

I have dined at many similar restaurants, but this one was truly disappointing. The sushi was not good at all—it definitely didn’t taste fresh. They serve a platter overflowing with rice, but there’s only a meager amount of meat and vegetables, barely enough for a child. I won’t waste my money here again. They need to offer fresher ingredients and better portions—not just a mountain of rice!
I purchased the food and it was nicely hot when I received it. I had a lot going on, so I wasn't able to eat it until much later. Even at room temperature, it was still incredibly delicious. I can only imagine how amazing it must have been when it was hot. It's definitely better than Sakura Japan. I recommend trying the shrimp and chicken with fried rice!
From the moment you arrive in that place team give you a good feeling. Very friendly team, it is a kind place to to go out with buddies or with your date. delightful food, skillful chef, good price and generous service. Highly recommended.
You would think because of the location food would be good. But I was so disappointed! Short ribs were practically inedible. Soup too salty and imitation fish inside. Sushi was tasty tho.

Food wasn't what I expected. Teriyaki salmon appeared to not have sauce on it and I went out my way to go there.
I enjoyed the vegetable spring roll and shrimp roll.
