Sami's II (used to be Mel's on 11th street)Well, after much anticipation to a new breakfast place in our neighborhood after Mel's closed :( we would have to say we were very underwhelmed with Sami's II. We have been to Sami's in the industrial, and know it serves a basic breakfast. But nice to have one so close. !st disappointment, after seeing their billboard for $6 breakfast special, we are seated by 10:45 and told, "Sorry, breakfast special ends at 10:30". (Not on their sign, and really folks...15 minutes and you are new and trying to attract a clientele?? Located in the north end, this is a hidden gem of the North Industrial Area. The service is always great and they take the time to make sure your meal is exactly how you wanted it. The food is fresh and full of flavor and service is fast! The Chicken Lemon Rice Soup is one of the best in Saskatoon! Highly recommend Sami's!

Very friendly service from all the staff. Our waitress was very nice and stopped by our table often. The food was very good and the portion very large. Chicken Lemon Rice soup was tasty!! Very reasonable prices. Resteraunt very clean. Will definetly stop by again.

Good food, burgers could be improved by not using a pre made paddy. If there were made in house it would really turn the taste around. Prove on the food is good and service is fast . I can see why they are busy . Will definitely be going back

Stopped here for an early morning breakfast as it was close to the Comfort Inn. Food was good. Enjoyed Sammi's favourite of eggs benedict with roasted red peppers and avacado.
