Sammy's serves fantastic food paired with exceptional service. We visited for lunch on a busy Sunday afternoon in August and were truly impressed by the attentive and friendly staff. The person at the front register was patient and helpful, guiding us through the menu and taking our orders with care. The manager, Alex, expertly crafted some delicious iced coffees at the coffee bar. At the bagel counter, the team graciously accommodated our special requests without hesitation. I had the Eggplant Parm and Garlic Knots, both of which were excellent. My friends enjoyed various pizzas, including the popular French Fry Pizza, which everyone loved. It's one stop shopping except for Saturday night the service is hit or missSee my update about 3 to 5 years ago one of my beloved friends became the manager. They say age doenst matter. Well maybe this one time as my buddy is over 50. It's night and day better. The food is actually quite good. They support all the delivery apps. As well as pick up.My buddy had this place rocking. The food at Sammy's is fantastic, especially the portobello mozzarella omelette on a bagel, which was truly delicious. However, the home fries were a bit bland. The menu is confusingly arranged, making it hard to distinguish between items, and the staff appeared uncertain about the options. It was also odd having to place orders at one spot and then pick up food and drinks from two separate locations.
Every single time I've ordered or eaten here they have figured out a way to screw up an order. There was a piece of hard plastic in my tuna salad, a cream cheese tray was left out of a catering order, and even simple things like a salad dressing that was supposed to be left on the side of a pickup order was not put in the bagTheir phone doesn't get picked up and their voice-mail is full.

Went to the shop around 10 in the morning, the staff was quite rude. Bagels were ok not great but what bothered me the most was the lack of soap in the bathroom and the lack of towels. I thought employees are supposed to wash their hands.When there is a contamination from the shop I won't be surprised.
The French Onion Soup at Sammy's did not meet expectations for the price and lacked authentic flavor. I was very disappointed and will never order it again. However, everything else on the menu was satisfactory.
The number of options is overwhelming in a good way but it feels like this place is a jack of all trades, master of none. Although the bagels are solid.
Amazing place owner is helpful and staff is great. I have been going for years and love the place.

They have everything. Pizza is one of the best. Not a sweet sauce and a thin crunchy crust.
5 Stars for Sammy's for including the rainbow bagel in their menu, being inclusive to all.
