Every single time I've ordered or eaten here they have figured out a way to screw up an order. There was a piece of hard plastic in my tuna salad, a cream cheese tray was left out of a catering order, and even simple things like a salad dressing that was supposed to be left on the side of a pickup order was not put in the bagTheir phone doesn't get picked up and their voice-mail is full.
Worst customer service I have seen. People behind counter do not care what you say. I ordered a bialy and she gave me a roll. When I saw that she gave me a roll, she said she does not have bialys. I asked for tuna and she was about to give me white fishsalad. They have no system to work with. How di they stay in business???
