I was going to sign a lease on a new restaurant. So I went there and spent about $500 on cleaning supplies. The restaurant deal did not go through. When I bought the stuff I asked the woman at the checkout if it was returnable due to Covid. She said yes it was all returnable. When I went to return it some old lady at customer service with short hair told me some of it was not returnable like the 4 gallons of soap. When I asked why she said consumable products are not returnable. So I said are you going to drink this bottle of soap? She said no I said that it's not edible is it? She gave me a hard time and I had to ask for a manager who returned everything without a problem it was ridiculous...
I visited this restaurant three times and unfortunately, my experience was not great. The staff seemed unfriendly and had a sense of icy politeness or even looked angry and concerned. Despite giving them the benefit of the doubt, I noticed that only customers who resembled the staff were treated with warm friendliness, which was very obvious and disappointing. The products were good and the store appeared clean, but the mistreatment overshadowed everything else. I have decided not to return as there are many other friendly stores to shop at. Customers are aware of the unfriendly atmosphere and it is a no-go for me. I may consider ordering online instead.
Sam 's Club is like any other store...you go there for a particular reason...generally good prices on certain items. The employees are part of the Walmart 'family '...which means that they are underpaid and over worked and being screwed over when it comes to getting enough hours for a full time check...among other things. So...why anyone would expect the employees at Walmart or Sam 's Club to be as happy as Christmas Elves is really quite beyond me. Just show your ID, get your items and get the heck out...and if some overworked, underpaid and unhappy employee doesn 't smile or jump high enough when you ask your question...get over yourself.
I drove for an hour to pick up a $2100 outdoor table that I love. I had a feeling that something would be damaged, and unfortunately, it was. The customer service said there was nothing they could do, and the manager offered $100 because they were out of stock. I was left with the option to drive it back for an hour or accept a $100 gift card. As a frustrated customer, I am just trying to get a new base shipped to me. Please help.

I purchase items from this restaurant but do not linger for too long. I do not feel welcomed by the staff. They are friendly to some customers but not all. I will not be frequenting this establishment as much and will look elsewhere for what I need at a similar price.
I think whoever owns this Sam's Club location needs to remind their employees that they also represent the store. Especially in the customer service area, it's your job to help the customers not make them feel like a hassle for even coming to you.
Went to the customer service center and stood in line for 15 minutes to get you shouldn 't be here and walked away from. Definitely getting rid of my membership. I won 't be treated like less of a person over SAMS CLUB
Staff is fantastic and taking necessary steps to accommodate everyone during these trying times. Remember they’re working short staffed too…everyone’s trying and I give applause for staying strong!

I have to say Maria in the bakery department with glasses , she use to be in meat department is the most helpful outgoing and pleasant I must say . I wanted to recognize her for helping
