I had a TERRIBLE experience with my son 's first birthday party. They provided awful customer service leading up to the event, and when I wrote a letter of complaint after it was over, I never even got a response. Basically, they had never indicated that all correspondence was going to take place electronically through email. I kept calling, and no one would call me back. Instead they would just email me. Open Table confirmed our reservation a few days before and when we got to the restaurant there were huge Auction signs and tags all over everything. The owner said he told Open Table to cancel the reservations but they confirmed it instead. We had show tickets and not a lot of time to find another place. It was a major inconvenience .

The old San remo much better food was higher quality ... this new San remo I had braised short ribs that were fatty the pasta wasn’t cooked enough .. and the owners response was that happens once in a million it should have never happened.. will never go back ...

Food was good and service was good considering. One of the wait staff was absent so one waitress Evalina was handling the entire restaurant. She was doing her best you would think the hostess would pitch in but sadly this did not happen Great veal
Food was good but not outstanding. Service was a bit slow because one of the normal wait staff had left and not been replaced. Price was quite high for what we had.
