San Sai Japanese Grill

I ordered for pick up 40 mins before closing. I ordered a combo plate and was told their side options were rice, miso soup and salad I asked for one of each. When I arrived for pick up I was told they actually ran out of miso soup so if I wanted extra rice or salad. I asked if I could just get a discount since they didn’t tell me they ran out of Miso soup at time of order. I was told that wasn’t an option. Part of me wanted to just cancel the whole order, but I was starving and had other things on schedule so I just took it. Went home and I go three sides of rice??‍. They charged me extra for chicken breast (unrequested). Shrimp tempura was ok, but everything was cold. $23 for an order I was...

This place is always great! Most of time I order the chicken teriyakiplate with California rolls and 2 types of salads and it's really good but they have so many options,the pot stickers are really good too!
