This was a really bad dining experience. We had five people at our table and not a single one of them enjoyed their meal. Multiple items on the one page menu were not actually available to order along with the specials for a 530 dinner reservation. My husband compared his veggie burger to eating a patty made out of fancy feast cat food. I am pretty sure he has never tasted cat food but I can imagine how bad it tasted to make that comparison. The first hint that this was not a good restaurant to eat at was that there were only other two tables eating on a Saturday night with multiple events going on downtown. Unfortunately because we had a larger party and had other reservations to get to ear...
I made a reservation using Open Table but the restaurant did not have it when we arrived. We waited awhile as she checked with the manager then were seated at a table upstairs by the exit door to a hallway. We then waited at our table for 30 minutes and were never acknowledged by anyone working there. Meanwhile the tables around us were being tended to. We had to flag down a server he had no idea whose table it was so we left. By this time it was 7:15 and the Browns game started in an hour so we had to go the stadium without having dinner.
The restaurant was extremely disorganized. We were not greeted until a manager noticed us wandering around looking for a hostess. We waited for a while for someone to take our order, but after ordering two beers, we waited an additional 15 minutes without receiving our drinks. Our server was clearly overwhelmed with the number of tables she had to attend to, as well as a large group of people waiting to be seated. Eventually, we decided to leave and dine elsewhere.
Although I had a 6:30 p.m. reservation through Open Table, my party of two was not seated until 6:50 p.m. After being seated we were never visited by a server. One walked past our table several times to go to tables of people seated after we were seated but not once asked if we had been served, etc. Finally, at 7:20 p.m., we simply left.

We opted for a quiet dinner before seeing Hamilton at Playhouse Square. The service was wonderful. Outdoor patio was nice, although a little buggy. Food was great I will definitely eat here again. Very convenient to E. 9th Street, the Rock Hall and downtown Cleveland.
There were not many people at the restaurant at 8pm on Saturday night, which created a strange atmosphere, but the weather was bad that night. The food was excellent, particularly the shrimp and grits. The service was quick and friendly.
My husband and I enjoyed our lunch after the US Age Group National Championship Triathlon. The service staff was very attentative and friendly. The food was delicious.
The food was fantastic! The service was excellent! I will definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!
