This charming candy shop offers a variety of treats such as candy apples, ice cream, and other sweets. I decided to try the green apple dipped in milk chocolate with coconut sprinkles. The portion was actually too large to eat on the stick, so I had to cut it up to enjoy it. However, both the chocolate and apple were surprisingly fresh. My son wanted a strawberry cheesecake milkshake, but they had run out of milk so he settled for two scoops in a cone, which he said was delicious. The prices were reasonable. It was a bit confusing on how to order the dipped apples, so I waited until my son got his ice cream and then asked the staff member for assistance in selecting the apple I wanted.
I initially visited Savannah Candy Kitchen to purchase some fudge, but after seeing the high price per pound, I opted for their candy selection instead. I chose two pieces of their chocolate covered nutter butter cookies, which were just decent as they were a bit soft and only had chocolate on one half. I also tried some of their fruit jelly candies, which were extremely sweet. My favorite flavor was the blue raspberry. In addition to their candies, Savannah's offers other unique items such as flavored sodas and chocolate covered marshmallows. It seems that some items have a set price, while others are sold by weight.
There were BUGS in my candy. I grabbed a handful of wrapped Reese’s peanut butter cups and as I was opening one, there were small ant like bugs crawling around in the wrapper. I had eaten a few prior to so I am hoping none of those were tainted. Outside of that, there are a lot of candy options. Some wrapped and some aren’t. The candies that aren’t wrapped seem to be a little unsanitary for my liking since people are allowed to go in and grab their own using “gloves”. The ice cream was amazing, I like how there are a lot of options for sweets but unfortunately I will not be returning because of the bugs.
The store was pretty and inviting, they had a decent selection, and the caramel/candy apples were beautiful! However, while we were excited to choose some delicious looking chocolates from the case, we decided against those items because the cases were full of flies and fruit flies. It was very unappetizing, so we decided against those items and chose an apple and some prepackaged items instead. They did have a fun selection of novelty sodas to choose from!

This is a great shop that has plenty of candy options to include in house made fudge and confections along with a good variety of ice cream. The store was clean and well organized, and they didn't seem to be out of anything. The staff at the ice cream counter left a little to be desired. All in all, I was pleased with my experience and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a really good candy shop.

I was craving chocolate, but the fact that I was ignored in order to clean the floors was unacceptable. Then a waitress served two other customers and completely ignored us, going to the back instead. They just missed out on a lot of potential sales!
I didn't realize until we got home that the cashier at the restaurant got my order completely wrong, even though I repeated it three times. Unfortunately, since I was just visiting, I can't go back to correct it.

The chocolate clusters were delicious and highly recommended. The ice cream was also great. The whole family wants to go back tonight!
