Pretty Good ThaiIn my opinion, a Thai restaurant must get at least two things right: Tom Kha Gai and Pad Thai. Sawatdee does well with the Tom Kha Gai—good flavor, tender chicken. The Pad Thai wasn’t quite as successful. It needed a fuller, richer flavor. Instead, it fell a bit flat. We also had a Chicken Red Curry which was good. The atmosphere is pleasant enough and the server was good. I would go again.
The food here is absolutely delicious! I've had the best Tom Kha soup here that I've ever tasted. My family and I have visited several times, and everything we've tried has been fantastic. The Thai tea is wonderful as well. The service is excellent—Pam is truly great and so sweet. Overall, I believe this is definitely the best Thai restaurant around!
The staff was friendly, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The food was delicious, and it was great to have a meal that was reasonably priced with generous portions.
