The rudest service I think I have ever experienced in a restaurant. My precocious daughter ordered something from the children’s menu, which is limited to customers up to the age of The waitress exclaimed that she would not let herself be “verarscht” by us....This is a vulgar term in German; you cannot use it in polite conversation. When I told them that my daughter is indeed years old (she) the waitress insisted we were lying. We asked for the bill for the drinks we had been served, but not drunk. The boss, a man with longish hair, took one look at my daughter and said no way she is He said I had to show him an ID. We ordered schnitzel (usually the dish which is the same everywhere) and some spaetzle. The latter was okish, the schnitzel extremely salty and smaller than you'd expect. When we complained at the end of the meal (should have done so at the beginning the waitress...acted all empathetic, but no offer was made to compensate in any way. The couple sitting at the next table hadn't enjoyed their meal either. I think the restaurant can only exist because there are lots of tourists who visit once, so quality really doesn't matter. I felt extremely frustrated I'd supported this restaurant with my money, I would have preferred to have given it to a worthier place.

Wanted a quick lunch, but that is not so easy in this area. Settled on this place after walking the long row of establishments. Think we guessed wrong. The server seemed a bit unhappy with us from the moment we walked in. Thought of walking...out, but didn't. My son had a good sized portion, but thought the black-forest ham and bacon were too fatty. My wife had a fish filet, which she liked, but didn't like the sides (and was told no other options came with the meal). I had currywurst, which I thought was fine, but nothing special. We also had a black forest cake, which we all enjoyed.

Our family stopped here for a little mid-day snack. We ordered a variety of items, mainly desserts. Everyone liked their food. In particular the apfelstrudel and haselnusstorte were delicious. We enjoyed sitting outside so we could get a little view of the lake. The restaurant...was very crowded which made it hard to move around. The servers even struggled to bring our food through the crowd. The service was good although a little slow likely due to the number of people waiting for their orders.

The restaurant is well-located in the Centre of this tourist spot, many tourists would walk-in but you would like the attitude of waitnesses, they are rude and impolite. However, we have noticed that all the interns are all working very hard and very professional. We...just wonder why ? My best recommendation is, unless you cannot find any other restaurants, Do NOT TRY THIS ONE

Being in such a popular location and with the view of the lake (as the name suggests), it was quite busy at lunchtime. We did manage to find a table though without waiting and the table service was very prompt both for ordering and receiving....We both decided to have cake, a Schwarzwaelder Kirschtorte and an Apfelstrudel and they were both very nice.

It's a tourist place in a tourist town so you dont arrive with too high expaectations, but surprisingly the service was more than friendly and the food was good German with huge portions. Maybe because the of us ordered do many things ot for...any unknown reason we had great service great food and a great time.

I was yesterday there with people group. Place was ok. They were quickly and also professional and friendly. Pasta wasn’t so good they call pasta noodles), pizza was good and meat was good. For us, we come from different country, was really strange...that the place close pm. In general restaurant is ok.

Seeblick is decent Cafe Restaurant located very close to lake Titisee. View from here is excellent.
