Seeblick offers a good variety of dishes (vegetarian, meat and fish), all with a good portion side-dish. Very strange: if you want to change your side-dish (like fries in stad of potato-salad) they ask € 2,00 extra. I think the chef doesn't like any change...or something like that, because hounoustly I think it is quite rude to ask such a thing. But hey, we are at a very touristical place so who cares what we think? The portions are very good, I have to say. Only one of the three of us finished the enire meal. We went in there for some cakes and drinks. The view of the lake is great. You can sit outside on the terrace a few steps up from the lakeside walk, or inside. The widen open space inside is roomy and bright, but not much...in the way of decor and looking fairly dated; It's as if you'd stepped into a 40s movie. Took a few minutes for any service to materialize, but when she did, she was very friendly, and delivery of what we'd ordered was prompt. the rude service I have ever experienced in a restaurant. my prestigious daughter ordered something from the children's menu, which is limited to customers up to the age of 12. the waitress said that she would not let herself be “smart” by us. this is a vulgar grasp in German; they cannot use it in the polite conversation. when I told them that my daughter is actually 12 years old (they) the waitress insisted that we lie. we asked for the bill for the drinks we were serving but not drunk. the boss, a man with long hair, looked at my daughter and said she was not 12. he said I had to show him a pass. we ordered chinitzel (in the rule the court that is the same everywhere and some sparrows. the latter was ok, the carving was extremely salty and smaller than they expected. when we complained at the end of the meal (it should have done it at the beginning! the waitress. all seemed outrageous, but no offer was compensated in some way. the couple who sat the next table had not enjoyed their meal either. I think the restaurant can only exist because there are many tourist who once visit, so quality plays really no role. this is a very mediocre caffe that is strictly aimed at tourists and fools like me who choose it in despair for a rest stop while managing drongs of people in titisee. the service is slow and indifferent. the waiting staff only comes alive when they. we had black forests cirschtorte and coffee (see photo). the cake was long on whipped cream and short on crunch. also quite expensive. I'm not sure there are better caffes in titisee, but I'd look for one next time.

in such a popular location and with view of the lake (as the name already says), it was very busy at the same time. we managed to find a table without waiting and the table service was very fast both for order and reception....We both decided to have cake, a black-waelder chirschtorte and an apfelstrudel and both were very nice.

It's a tourist place in a tourist town so you dont arrive with too high expaectations, but surprisingly the service was more than friendly and the food was good German with huge portions. Maybe because the 5 of us ordered do many things ot for...any unknown reason we had great service great food and a great time.

I was yesterday there with 10 people group. Place was ok. They were quickly and also professional and friendly. Pasta wasn’t so good they call pasta noodles), pizza was good and meat was good. Wanted to have a quick lunch with the kids. When we entered several tables at the window were available but the the unfriendly looking female server showed us the table next to the toilets saying 'this one or none '. Never had such a rude reception,...we turned and left.

To be honest, for sure there is some better value around. Call it the places that do not need to be customer driven for the constant stream of tourists. Better to avoid.
