Senor Manuel's Mexican Cuisine

Always a great experience with food and service. The menu since the pandemic was greatly reduced in selection. Probable due to staffing shortages. They only disappointment I've experienced in all the years that I have dined their is they changed the recipe of their corn chips. They used to be light and crisp with little air pockets. Even had a touch of burnt tips that actually added to the flavor and the uniqueness of their chips. Now they are thick and dense, very similar to other restaurants in the area. So much for being unique to Senor Manuel's! I just don't buy bags of chips to take home anymore. Disappointing but still great food. I wish they would change back...

One of the oldest family owned restaurants in Colorado Springs with a generational community following. Serving portions are huge, and the recipes have not changed in the 40+ years I have come here. Excellent Margaritas, enchiladas, chili verde you name it. Tortillas and chips made fresh on site daily! Yum!!!!

Don't judge a book by its cover! This restaurant has been a locally owned favorite Mexican style food of ours for years. The food is super good and the margaritas are awesome. With all the new development around the university it can be hard to miss. Portions are plentiful and the prices are very reasonable.
