That was one of the best spontaneous decisions we ever had. The menu was great, from the Amuse Geules to the Petit four, each course was a pleasure, the wine as well as the alcohol-free variants on tea basis excellent and the service great class. Anyone who likes creative, wild cuisine at a high level is golden right here. The view directly on Lake Constance is of course not to be despised, but the food was clearly more attentive; A great praise to the entire team, thank you for everything!
the greeting from the kitchen had already expected a very good evening. this hope was miraculously fulfilled by roland pieber. each gang was declared beautiful by him or Sous-Chefin katrin stickslot. the menu itself was sensational. my highlight from this was the essence of dry-aged pork. was not to be forgotten the sommelier karlos herzel so wonderfully matching selected wine trip. that was a very successful evening and we like to come back.
It was an excellent food, beautifully dressed. Each course was personally served and explained by chef Roland Pieber and Sous-Chefin Kathrin Stöcklöcker. From greetings from the kitchen to the end of the patisserie an absolute taste experience. Rounded by a very great service. The evening was an outstanding choreographed fireworks of senses and pleasures. We'll be back.

we were the first time in the seo and had a beautiful evening. the food was fantastic, rich in fine food and each course was very harmonious. the vinification courageous and innovativ. we can only recommend this and will surely come back.
