Seppe Pizza - Reservar una mesa

I have to be honest anyone who gives this place fewer than 4 stars is a fricken' mook. In short this place is exceptional and deserves to be a pizzeria with a Michelin star. I go to a lot of well regarded pizzerias around the north east. This pizza certainly is exceptional. I'm going to work my way through the menu and update my review. The part that really stands out to me is how they've tuned the sauce and the cooking time. THe pizza is cooked perfectly and the crust is possibly the best I have ever had. I generally do not even eat crust, but the Seppe crust is next level. Most restaurant's breadsticks aren't this good. The sauce is fresh and herbal. This is not my preferred style of sauce...
