We had dinner at Serafina a few nights ago, and overall it was excellent. The staff was accommodating, the menu extensive enough for all to find something suitable, and the food was served hot and well prepared. It is relatively small so reservations are an excellent idea, and sitting along their glass wall facing Main Street you have a good view of the fountains across the way, a nice setting.
The food at this restaurant was excellent, but the service was extremely slow. The table next to us received complimentary items, which led me to believe that the restaurant was understaffed. This was surprising to me as I have visited other Serafina locations and never experienced such long wait times for food. Additionally, parking at this location is quite challenging.
Food took a while to arrive and was over cooked when it did the burger, the fish and the chicken all over cooked. The busperson didn’t bring condiments requested. The waitress was missing in action for the long wait and when it came time to clear plates.
Delicious pasta, 100% worth the price. Don't bother trying to cook any yourself, just go here from now on... Reserva una mesa ahora
I always have a great experience at this restaurant. The food, drinks, and staff are exceptional every time.
The food was delicious and the Serafina drink was refreshing. I highly recommend it!
Our party of six each had a different dish. They were all consistently excellent.
