I went to this place with my family and we all loved the food. For me, value is everything, and this place is affordable and flavorful. The service was great, and accommodating the staff are super friendly. It's a simple space. I got a wet verde sauce carne asada burrito amazing green sauce, great flavor, and the carne asada is tender, virtually no fat, and well seasoned. Similar flavor to King Taco's carne asada. I ordered the Chile relleno, and it did not disappoint; it was topped with tomato caldito and was filled generously with cheese. The flauta plate served with rice and beans was great for its value. Seriously!!! High! Prices! Terrible food what is happening to these restaurants!!! I've been going to Sergios since they opened on Vail, it was the best food ever! This is not the first time, but i gave them the benefit of the doubt because of Covid! Now what's their excuse! I ordered Super Nachos, they were horrible!!! The Nacho Cheese was like water no substance! Chops were soggy because of watered down Nacho Cheese, Add the beans were watering, i had to throw them away! There's no use calling and complaining!!! The best i can do is never give them my business agin!!! Hurt them in their pocket book!!! They need to re- group!!! Hire new staff , from The horrible Cooks to the rude cashier's!...

I have been going for years and suddenly I noticed changes. Food taste different especially the horchata, it taste Central American, not Mexican. New evening staff that don't care to handle business. They were chatting and eating in the back while my simple 4 tacos were not being prepared. I asked for my money back and left. Will never go back !!! Total disappointment. There are plenty of good Mexican restraunts

This is the second time my husband goes alone and they screw up his order. Both times I've asked for tripas doradas this time I even write it down for him and they gave him flautas instead of tripas.

Why are the burritos so tiny I think they're very inconsistent with portions they serve , One day the burrito is great and the next it's tiny and has hardly any meat

They are serving pretty good taco. I will be back soon. Trippa taco was the best for me.
