We had a delightful Sunday morning breakfast at this quiet restaurant with great music playing. The atmosphere was nice and unrushed. It was our first time there and we were impressed with the breakfast options. I tried the "Shut Up Liver, You're Fine" drink, which was a refreshing mix of grapefruit juice, tequila, champagne, and lime juice with a salted rim. My dining companion had a boozy milkshake with Cap 'n Crunch in it, which wasn't really my thing but he enjoyed it. I opted for the biscuits and gravy with chicken sausage while he had the huevos rancheros. Both dishes were delicious and the service was excellent. Overall, we had a great experience dining at this establishment.
I was pleasantly surprised by the food, food portions, service, and atmosphere at Shack Breakfast and Lunch. I had Starchy and Cluck, which is chicken and waffle, with hash browns and eggs scrambled with cheese. The chicken looked like a boring patty but was really a delicious, perfectly cooked breast...I couldn't stop eating it. My greedy self tried to eat everything on my plate but was stuffed before I could get to the eggs (pics posted). Everthing was good as you can see from my plate. I saved my eggs for breakast at home the next day.
The Shack Breakfast and Lunch was incredible the first time I tried it. I got the Turkey avocado wrap and I would 100% order this again. It got a solid 10/10 for me with everything that was in it (I ate it with a side of ranch). Brussel sprouts weren?t my favorite, but the wrap made up for that. They weren?t bad I just wouldn?t order again. Chicken tenders that my son got looked good and with the food everyone else got. I do wish they had a more extensive kids menu though.
This is the Make a Grown Man Cry breakfast burrito. If you like meat and cheese, this is the meal for you. The only criticism I have is that the hashbrowns were WAY oversalted. Other than that, the service was welcoming and speedy and food was great. Insider tip: If you haven't been before, try to go on off hours because this place is known for long waits. Ever since I've been doing this I've been much more satisfied with the dining experience

Oh. My gosh. The food was SO GOOD I cleaned the whole plate off. I got love me now, hate me later burrito and my fiance got make a grown man cry burrito..... and our server, Dakari, was so friendly and on top of everything he did the place justice by working so hard to make our experience a great one! I totally recommend this place, and be sure to ask for Dakari he will do you right. They are only open till 2 so hustle up and come on in!
We had our parents 40th wedding anniversary party this past weekend and the The Shack in lees summit and it was amazing! The workers were incredible, the food was delicious and they were so easy to work with it! The atmosphere of the facility is incredible and I would recommend to anyone having their event at this space!
One of our go-tos when wanting a quick family brunch. Surprisingly it wasn't as busy as usual and we were able to get on the wait list and get seated relatively quickly. Food was good as usual. Haven't had a bad meal here ever! Prices are decent, portions are large, and options are many!
Food definitely has a deep South flavor. Buttermilk biscuits thick and hearty, sausage gravy dark and peppery, link sausages spicy and juicy. Food was a tad overcooked for my taste.

The food was average and not the greatest for breakfast. The ambiance was pleasant and there weren't many people there when we visited.
The food was delicious. I will most certainly be back.Service spot on, and the atmosphere fun.
