Shady Rest - Reserva de mesa

Went for first time tonight. Bartender was friendly and made a great martini, place is really cute and unique. Nice selection. Had chicken parmigiana,Manhattan clam chowder with plenty of clams and veggies. Friends had stuffed shrimp filled with crabmeat not bread crumb filling. Salad was fresh, garlic bread delicious. Prices are very reasonable for the portions. Waitress was excellent. Will definitely be back.

Great food and excellent service. Celebrated St. Patty's Day there because Irish restaurants were too packed. Found this gem with my son's first St. Patrick's Day in dashing green outfit. Something most places should have been proud to accommodate but when you can't park at Kelly's or Caffrey's. You have to go elsewhere. Won't be going back to those two places ever again because horrible experience.

Shady Rest feels like our second home. I've always enjoyed my meals there, and I've never had a bad experience. The food is incredibly fresh, and everything is homemade. The staff is exceptional, and Diane, the bartender, is fantastic. I recommend Shady Rest whenever I can! Loyal Customers, Bob and Sue.

best chicken frogs ever.its so good the remains are just as good the next day and it is so good I would eat it for Dessert Lol. I can't order it from anywhere. always have a good time and everything on the menu is phenomenal. Pizza is also amazing Reserva una mesa ahora

One of my favorite restaurants! I really enjoy the cozy atmosphere of the neighborhood. The food is always fantastic, especially the krabby bread and steak Alexis. The service is consistently top-notch, and Diane is the absolute best!

We had another wonderful meal, and our server Paul was fantastic. He clearly takes pride in his work. My check number is 2564, Table 13/1. Thank you, Paul! We're back to enjoy your excellent service again.

I have traveled a few states, in this here, United States, hands down, I've yet to find a restaurant with menu you can order anything, and be ultimately satisfied with any dish! Rock on Shady Rest!

I can't believe I've never been here before. Great food, the place is adorable and our waitress was awesome. We will definitely be back. Probably a lot.

Delicious and abundant food! The staff is pretty awesome as well.. Definitely hasnt changed much since they opened in the 60's and thats a good thing...
