We had an early reservation so we were the only ones in the restaurant. Service was good as we were the only ones there,the starter came which we thought was brilliant. After the starter we were expecting a main as good as the starter....how wrong we were! We had a tikka masala and a Korean which they both tasted exactly the same....revolting! It is the worst curry we have ever had tasting tangy,a little bit like raisins,bordering on being off! Never again! I have given 2 stars because the combo starter was lovely.
Sorry guys you did your best to correct some issues and our waiter was very pleasant, but I don’t think you seemed to know what a dhansak was as a plate of korma was proffered. Bit suspicious when told that the dhansak already had pineapple in it!?They did change it for something else which was passable but there was not a lot of meat in my Jalfrezi or my wife’s dish. Had much better many times in many different places. Won’t rush back sorry to say.
we booked, but we had no priority over the others around us who had arrived and had not booked. every time we wanted the attention, we had to go out of the way to take the workers to our order, remind them of our drinks, they rushed to the point abruptly when they brought food, and we had to ask 3 times for the bill. frankly, the employees were too busy to deal with the number of diners they were authorized to. the butter chicken was poor.
We were a little worried on arrival that a table wasn’t available for us despite having booked it days previously. This was soon resolved after waiting for a couple of minutes before being taken to our table, where we had great service, quality and value. We would return if we ever stay close by again.

bad customer service I've ever experienced. eating was not even busy yet, but our eating took 1.40 minutes to ask after the attempt to ask how long a lot of paints, but are ignored. was not a concession like a drink, why we wait or popadoms when we all are very hungry,
absolutely fantastic curry, very fast friendly service only 10 minutes to foot to old metford. what could you want more?
Very good food served by attentive and friendly staff Comprehensive and varied menu Will go again and highly recommended
Food was faultless and service was good just a little slow and considering not very busy was only concern
