This Shake Shack is the best in all five boroughs! The staff is really friendly, and the service is excellent. They have an efficient system in place, overseen by a really nice guy who organizes the orders as they’re ready, making sure there’s no wait time at all. Other Shake Shacks could really take notes from this one and should consider hiring someone like Christopher! He's amazing!

The burger was fresh and juicy, although it was a bit on the expensive side. The shake was absolutely delightful. Being located in a shopping mall, the place was quite crowded.

The prices are definitely on the higher side, with a milkshake and burger priced at $20. That said, the food is truly delicious.
