Shake Shack New Hyde Park

I went here to get some lunch and first of all, it was crowded and there was little social distance. That didn?t bother me much though because many people are vaccinated and that?s what you see when you go out to eat. Secondly, I paid more than needed for an average burger and got absolutely scammed. There was only half a chicken in my chicken sandwich, and in the regular shack burger the patty was so thin and burned it was barely edible.

Had a missed order I caught before I left. The music was pretty loud so she gave me a very different order. I order the Shroom Burger. But got a meat burger. The manager happened to be there and my order was corrected. But the same person who took my order tried to argue with me that I was wrong. The customer service team must have manners. Please teach the front staff not to be rude.

A bit expensive for a fast food restaurant for the specified serving size, but the food was freshly delicious... The cherry peppers made the cheeseburger I ordered so much better, the cherryries were also delicious. I didn't like to give a tip if I wanted to pay... Nevertheless, because of the fast service of the staff.

Every time I come here, I always get a double smoke-hook and I'm never disappointed. In addition to food quality, the restaurant is quite clean and even has a bathroom in the basement. The service is also good and my only grip with this Shake Shack are the prices, but you get what you pay.

The burgers here are phenomenal. Good for lunch. I feel like the portion sizes are a little small for what you pay for, but that's just nitpicking. Overall, I really enjoy coming here for dinner.
